Cleaning Prince Gujan originally grew out of the company Gujan Horticulture. In the beginning; cleaning, care taker work and concierge services were offered in the company Gujan Horticulture in Flims. During the years a great array of services were offered and it was time to make a new company dedicated to these services.
It was important for us to get the work done with more attention to detail.
A lot of small things can turn into something big, and that is how we grew to be the facility management company we are today.
We would love to take care of your building. Be it in the heart of the building on the inside or the outside by doing your garden work. Regular cleaning work, checking on the oil tank, repairing anything that wont work right, concierge services, renting out your apartment for you or even doing the gardening work.
When the shovel won’t get the job done, we will do it with the excavator!
We also have the option to do anything with our great selection of heavy machinery. We have excavators, large trucks, 4X4 Pick-Ups and many other great machines. No matter the weather, we can and we will do it!
Our professional team will welcome you and your guests personally with a nice bottle of wine and an amazing catering of your choosing.
We offer a 24h service 7 days a week.

Johannes Gujan started his own business, Gujan Horticulture in Flims and made it bigger throughout the years. He enjoyed being self-employed and the close contact with clients. He loved his confidential and professional work.
When I come visit you, time doesn’t matter to me. The client in King. Innovation means progress and progress means future.
Our team has up to 15 people that will work hard for you.
We will make sure that everything stays clean.
